TOOTHPASTE
Toothpaste
Tasty and pasty
Weird is its texture
A mysterious mixture
It tastes really good
I would eat it, I would!
Runny just like honey
It slips into my mouth
It's now going south
Down into my tummy
Yummy, yummy, yummy
My tummy starts to giggle
Then it starts to gurgle
Oh no! toothpaste is bad
I am geting sick, and sad
It starts to come north
Vomit and more vomit
Don't eat toothpaste don't do it
You won't be able to stop throwing up
And then you will definitely go up
Up to heaven because you died
The toothpaste killed you, I haven't lied
It is very dangerous so don't be adventerous
From the first time it slips past your tongue
You will know you have done wrong!

MYSPACE
Myspace is a place for friends
It is also a place for trends
it can become addicting
And almost afficting
Comments and comments
I can't get enough
Myspace oh myspace
I can't get enough
I tear myself away
For only the space of about a day
Withdrawals, Withdrawals
I shake and I shake
I must have my myspace fix
Or die from my violent fits
Ok I admit
I exaggerate a bit
But I really love myspace
It's a wonderful place
YAY for myspace!

Meeting Relient K...=)
Current mood:
cheerful
I was SUPER excited about this and he was like the nicest guy ever! Then just last week (October 21, 2007) me and my bro headed to their show in Fargo North Dakota...the whole drive up there i ranted and raved about how "Amazing" and "Sooooo Talented" Matty T and the other guys are and how i've "wanted to meet him for years" my bro had to put up with this for at least four hours (sorry Bro) but you can imagine how i felt when Matty T walked around the corner of the building heading straight toward me!!! This was the guy i have looked up to for years and years...admired ALL of his music...went to his show three times! My dream was finally coming true...So as you can guess i ran up to him asking him for a picture telling him i had been a fan for YEARS haha he was so nice i even got to talk to him for a few minutes about Montana (where i live) he said he has been to Missoula which is where i spend a lot of my time...i'm only forty five minutes away from it...and we go there shopping more often than not =)so we talked for a few minutes about that and the show (which was about to start in like an hour)
and then i ran into John he recognized me from myspace and we talked a little bit about the band...then he told me "You're freezing! You need to go get a jacket on!! seriously, GO GET A COAT ON!!" (HAHA) sadly i had forgotten my camera and i wasn't able to get a pic with John...but in the future i will...after the show i was walking around the building when i turned and saw Matt Hoopes standing inside this glass door..he came out to take a picture with me
and then said that it was too cold for me to be standing outside and that i should come into the warm building (it was like the backstage place!) and he talked about where i could go to try and track down my brother...he was sooooo sweet and just down to earth...Then my bro was getting antsy and wanted to leave really badly but i kept on walking really slowly and looking back at the bus to see if i could catch a glipse of any of the guys...then all the sudden i saw Dave come around the bus and start trying to load the bus i ran up to him and told him he was my favorite drummer and asked if he would take a pic with me...then i realized he was having quite the time getting the bags stashed under the bus so i asked him if he needed help (HAHAHAHA) he just said "Oh no i think i'm ok...you can get on the sidewalk...i'll come out in a second and take a picture with you...cause i don't want you to get hit by a car!" hahaha then he came out of the bus a few minutes later and took a pic with me
then he came around and we talked about him leaving the band =( and the gypsy parade...which he hopes will do well =)we waved goodbye to Dave and
So ended my Relient K adventures...it was a day i will never forget =)
I LOVE RELIENT K!!!!!!!!
YAY!
Jason Dunn stories
Current mood:
sick
Ok, so the last two times i've tried to write about my experiences meeting Jason Dunn my freakin' computer deleted everything as soon as i was about done writing the whole thing....grrrrrr...so here we go. I'm going to try it again:
The first time i ever "met" Jason was at Creation West Festival a years ago....i liked Hawk Nelson at that time but i wasn't a HUGE fan...although i was REALLY pumped to stand in the autograph line and get an autograph just because i thought he was like the hottest guy on the planet and he put on a really cute fun show (hahaha)...i became a huge fan after i actually met him a few months later...
After the Creation West show Hawk put on that me and my mom saw...we fell in love with their performance and decided to journey to Spokane Washington to see them (four hours away from where i live) Before the show started we decided we would go to Olive Garden to eat...we parked at the venue (this was a full five hours before the show) just as we were walking past the venue i see this really hot guy walk out the door...then i realize...it's Jason Dunn!! I freaked out and was like "MOM! MOM! That's JASON!!!!" she told me to run and that's exactly what i did...i ran after him as fast as my pathetically creepy self would carry me...I finally caught up to him right when he met up with some of his friends...i creeped up behind him and managed to squeak out a stupidly high pitched "Jason?" He turned around and i immediately felt like we had been friends for years. "Hey! How have you been? *Gives me a huge hug* You smell REALLY good! hey you brought the whole family (referring to my mother who was walking up behind me)" These were the first words he said to me and he treated my mom just like she was part of his family. He gave her a hug and then just sat there and talked with us like we were the only ones around (completely blowing his friends off lol) We talked about Montana for quite awhile and how he had never been there...We finally said goodbye and i was so excited i don't think my feet touched the ground the whole walk to Olive Garden...
The third time i met Jason was at Creation West Festival this year. My little cousin was with me and had never met Jason or any of the Hawk guys so i said i would stand in the autograph line with her not expecting Jason to remember or recognize me at all. As soon as i got up to him he immediatly said "Hey! You're from
I just went to a Hawk show a couple of weeks ago. I made sure i was front and center (lol) and as soon as he saw me..he yelled "What's Up?!" to me from stage! i was super excited! Then as i went through the autograph line he immediately said "Hey it's our Starbucks friend!" and gave me a high five...He was so sweet and i was like only one of five girls that got a pic with him.
Even if you're not a huge fan of Hawk Nelson's music you have to respect what type of guys they are...they are the nicest guys to their fans...i love them =^)
WOOT
Full Hawk Nelson Concert Story and Run Kid Run dedicating a song to ME!!!!!!!!!!!!
Current mood:
tired
OK, So i realize that i haven’t written out the entire evening of what happened at the Hawk Nelson concert...there was a TON that went on, so here it goes:
The morning of the concert i was freaking out of course.
Me and my mom were staying with my aunt and uncle and we got up super early...way earlier than anyone in the house, since we told them that we weren’t going to leave unil 11:00 a.m. we had to sit around for hours waiting for them to get up doing absolutely NOTHING!!! it was complete TORTURE!!! finally everyone got up and me and my mom were able to slip out of the house a full hour earlier than we thought we would be able to.
We got to the venue finally and i was SOOOO excited!! Hawk Nelson’s bus was right there!! and it was AMAZING!! it was freakin’ HUGE lol the venue that this concert was held at was probably the best venue that i have ever been to...it was posh coffee house with a concert venue attached to it...so we hopped out of the car and went in to see if we could get our Will Call tickets. It happened that we couldn’t because the promoters hadn’t showed up yet. So my mom wanted to leave cause she didn’t want to hang out for 7 hours waiting to see if we could talk to the guys...so i talked her into a compromise...we would go to the mall for like two hours and then get back to the venue at 3:00 p.m. a full 3 hours early for the concert (don’t know how i pulled that one off) so we could maybe see the guys. So me and my mom headed to the mall for a couple of hours
Finally the time came to leave for the venue...i was REALLY freaking out now lol...we walked into the coffee shop and when we walked around a corner there was a door that said "Hawk Nelson. No Entrance"
THAT WAS WHERE THE BAND WAS!!!!!!
then wouldn’t you know it...the door opened and Daniel walked out!!
i was like "DANIEL!!!" and he was like
"OH YEAH...YOUR NAME..."
and i was like
"BRI!!" he was like
"YEAH!!"
he went to give me a high five and i went to give him a hug so i was like "HUGS!!" and then he was like "OOOH HUGS!!" hahahahhaa it was really funny...i told him that i had gifts for them and he was excited and said that i could give it to them at the pre-party. He then had to go sound check his bass so he took off and me and my mom went to sit down in the coffee shop to see if we could see Jason too lol...
i saw Jonathan walking all around the coffee shop, but he’s always intimidated me...you can tell that he really doesn’t like the fame (i might not think that he doesn’t like the fame if we hadn’t talked to Jason in our hotel and he told us that Jonathan hates being recognized.) so i decided that i would leave him alone...
Then i saw Daniel again across the coffee shop talking to someone...he saw me and pointed at me like he was going to come back over and talk to me...
he came back over to where me and my mom were sitting and i was like
"How was the sound check?"
and he was like
"We didn’t actually get to do it!! Our drummer hasn’t showed up yet!! So i decided to get one of these drinks...you should get one!! i recommend it...they’re really good!!"
Finally it was time to go into the pre-party before the concert and i was PUMPED!! They opened the doors and me and my mom ran to the front of the stage (my mom is awesome haha). So Jason and Daniel finally came out on the stage and Jason was like
"Hey everyone!" and then he saw me there in the front row and was like
"HEY!!!! HOW HAVE YOU BEEN!?!?! I KNOW YOUR NAME...DON’T TELL ME...BRIANNA FROM MONTANA!!" hahahaha
and then Dan chimed in and was like
"I LOVE BRI!!"
LOL
it was RAD!!!
i wasn’t able to bring them their gifts into the pre-party so i told Jason and Daniel that i would bring them to them after the show and they both said that would be awesome...
So the show finally started and the first band was freakin’ RAD!! they’re called Capital Lights (you should go check them out) the next band that came out though were the people i were really looking forward to...RUN KID RUN!!
i LOOOOVE those guys...so the lead singer comes to the front of the stage plugging in his guitar stuff and i was still standing right at the stage so i told him that i loved the band and i couldn’t wait to hear them...he was like
"awww thanks! i hope we do alright"
i assured him that they were going to be awesome and then he started playing...of course i knew every song and sang right along...then the middle of their set came and this is where my life was changed haha
he got up to the mic and was like
"THIS NEXT SONG GOES OUT TO THIS GIRL RIGHT HERE!"
he was pointing at me!!
then he started playing their song Sing To Me...i LOOOOOOOOOVE that song!!
it was AMAZING!
after he was done he came back out to get his stuff cleaned up and he was like
"Did ya like it? Did it sound ok?"
i was like
"IT WAS AMAZING! and thank you so much for dedicating that song to me!!"
he was soooooo sweet and was like
"Oh YEAH!!! NO PROBLEM!!!"
aaaaahhhhhhh hahahahahahah
Then Hawk Nelson came out and i screamed so loudly it was hilarious!!
they played probably the best set that i have ever seen them do...
The show ended and it was time for AUTOGRAPHS!!
We finally got up to the guys and Jason was like "THERE SHE IS!!!" haha
i told Jason that i still wanted to give them their gifts and he said i could bring them to the awutograph line and wait for the line to get done...so i said that was great and kept on going down the line and when i got to Dan he was like "PRESENTS?!?!" with this pouty face LOL and i was like
"YEAH!! Jason said that i could bring them out here to the table"
and his face lit up and he was like
"OH, OK!!! I’LL BE WATCHING FOR YOU!!!!!"
so me and my mom ran out to the car and grabbed the gifts (heated bags that you warm up in the microwave and they feel AMAZING!! haha)
I brought them back in and waited for the line to get through...
i asked my mom to go warm up one of the bags so they could feel what the bags felt like so she ran off to do that while i waited...
I went up to Daniel first and handed it to him...
he was soooo excited and was like
"I’VE WANTED ONE OF THESE FOREVER!!"
and i was like "AWESOME!! WE MADE THEM FOR YOU!!"
and he was like
"WAIT, you made these?" and i was like
"Yeah" and he was like
"Who sews?"
and i was like
"SHE DOES!!" pointing to my mom
and he gave her a high five and was like "AWESOME! Sewing is a good skill to have" lol
I then brought Jason the bag and he was super excited too!! (See video on the top right of my page)
All in all it was the most amazing night of my life...
THE END!!!!!!!!!!!
